Every Long Grass Golf Club product is produced specifically for each customer once an order has been placed.

- Minor colour variations may occur due to the printing process.
- Garment colours may differ slightly from what appears on your screen.
These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
4. Product Availability
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Although we make every effort to keep our catalogue up to date, certain garments, colours or sizes may occasionally become unavailable.
Should this happen, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to your order will always be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed.
Shipping charges and any applicable fees will be calculated during checkout.

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.

Orders will only enter production once payment has been successfully received.
8. Shipping
Production generally takes 48–72 hours.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Unexpected courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
9. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Because every product is made specifically to order, returns are limited to:
- manufacturing defects,
- incorrect items,
- incorrect sizes sent due to our error,
- damaged goods.
