At Long Grass Golf Club, every garment is printed specifically for your order using premium print-on-demand production. This means your order is created especially for you once your purchase has been confirmed.

While this takes a little longer than purchasing from a traditional retailer, it allows us to maintain exceptional quality, reduce unnecessary waste and avoid overproduction.

Thank you for supporting a more intentional way of creating apparel.

Production Time

Every Long Grass Golf Club garment is made to order.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order enters production.

Our standard production time is:

48–72 hours

Production times may vary slightly during:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Collection launches
  • Promotional events

If production is expected to take significantly longer than normal, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Options

Once production has been completed, your order will be handed over to one of our trusted courier partners.

Depending on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout, available delivery methods may include:

  • Express Courier
  • The Courier Guy
  • PUDO Locker-to-Locker
  • Other approved courier partners where applicable

Available options may vary depending on your delivery address.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery:

5–7 business days after production has been completed.

This is our standard shipping option for most orders within South Africa.

Express Shipping

Where available, customers may choose Express Shipping during checkout.

Estimated delivery:

Approximately 72 hours after production has been completed.

Express shipping availability depends on your delivery location and courier service availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Courier selected
  • Shipping method
  • Parcel size and weight

Your shipping costs will always be displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all qualifying South African orders over R1,000.

This offer applies automatically during checkout once the qualifying order value has been reached.

Please note:

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.
  • Express shipping upgrades remain payable by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Where available, this email will include:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier information
  • Tracking link

Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery times are estimates only.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Peak courier volumes
  • Strikes
  • Power outages
  • Road closures
  • Other unforeseen events

Should your order experience an unexpected delay, we'll do everything we can to keep you informed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before completing their order.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping costs may apply.
  • Long Grass Golf Club cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to update your shipping information.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has been confirmed as lost following an investigation by the courier company, Long Grass Golf Club will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Every case is assessed individually to ensure a fair outcome for both the customer and our business.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging
  • Photographs of the garment
  • A brief description of the issue

Where a claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

At present, Long Grass Golf Club primarily serves customers within South Africa.

As we continue to grow, international shipping options may become available.

Any future international shipping rates, delivery estimates, duties and customs charges will be clearly communicated before checkout.
